Admission to the Defensive Handgun class is open to all citizens who are at least 21 years of age and who have no criminal history. A copy of your current Washington State Concealed Pistol Permit or a letter stating you are a member of good standing in your community from one of the following; Chief of Police, County Sheriff, County Prosecutor or County Judge (on department letter head) is required.

Admission to the FS-NRA does not require the above criteria. This class is open to all citizens or legal aliens who are at least 21 years of age and who have no criminal history. People 18 years or older may be admitted into this class, provided they can produce a handgun brought to class by an adult who has legally done so.

Refund Policy: Tuition is refundable prior to the start of the program less Administrative fee. See details in Enrollment Agreement. For cancellation an Administrative Fee of $10.00 for FS-NRA and $50.00 for Defensive Handgun will be charged.

Ammunition Policy
All ammunition used by students in courses offered by OFI will be factory manufactured. Jacketed ammunition is preferred. If you are unsure about your choice of ammunition check with the instructor before arriving at class to make sure you have appropriate ammunition.
